I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition from Oklahoma State University, and also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Holistic Health Coaching Program, located in New York City. I am a weekly health and nutrition columnist and a regular contributor for other periodicals and have a private health coaching practice. Since 1998, I have helped thousands of people of all ages improve their health and well being through information, support and guidance. By helping you learn how to listen to your body, I help you discover which foods are right for you, and assist you in creating a healthier life for you and your family!
